Accomadation - Almost done

After a month or more of researching, most of us slacked off(!!) on the house hunt.
Dumma in his usual paranoia, went at it full steam and has nailed down a place for us.

here is a short description of the place:

The damage: Approximatley $1000 per person for the 9 night , 10 day stay! Yikes!!!

Paying the 25% down payment today or so. So we should be set.

The entertainment planning is scheduled for November and December. By Jan 2007, we should have all the pieces in place ;)
